CORE Per4mance

Launching This Summer 2019!

Welcome to CORE Per4mance, the first ever 30-minute mobile workout program developed specifically for wheelchair and limited mobility users. For you, this program is designed to yield rapid fat loss and improve core stability, increasing posture and balance.

The Workout – The 30 minute
CORE Per4mance routine stimulates and engages the major muscles making up the core region of the body. Not only does this workout engage your abdominal muscles, but it also challenges your arms and cardio strength to give you a total burn of 30 minutes.

In the workout world, women and men are different. Women metabolize, gain muscle, lose weight, and experience workouts differently because our body types and hormones have different needs. Her Per4mance is here to empower women to take charge of their fitness and physique!

It is a fact that men are able to train differently than than women based on hormones, protein breakdowns, and body types. His Per4mance focuses on numerous male specific factors to address maximizing strength, increasing cardiovascular endurance, and toning physique.

Our His Per4mance training program uses the best techniques and workout methodologies to bring you an exercise routine that will allow you to tone and sculpt like no other. Since men naturally have more strength and muscle, we can put more power into each set which also means we often requires more time to recover between exercises. Knowing this information, we created the most effective training program to produce the fastest results.

Defend & Per4M I-IV

The first ever mobile instructional self-defense series for individuals who have limited mobility. This program is led by Kenneth Perry, a wheelchair users AND third degree black belt in Kenpo. He is a highly skilled instructor trainer with over 30 years of experience – Ken knows the importance of self-defense. When others may assume you are an ‘easy’ target. unpredictable – Defend & Per4M allows you to have confidence and prepare for unexpected situations.

The Workout – At the completion of Defend & Per4M Level I-IV, you will have enhanced your a basic understanding of yellow belt techniques and gained physical and mental health. Time to boost your confidence, mobility, and awareness. Let’s get started!

Meditate Rejuvenate

Taking care of our mind is often overlooked as we get too busy, too run down, over exhausted, and even depressed. Meditate Rejuvenate is 30 minutes of audio for YOU. Relax your mind, focus on the moment, and breath.

Together, we will hold each other accountable in how to be at our best.
