PUSH AND STAY CONSISTENT!
23 Million or 50% of Americans with disabilities do not workout.
This makes them 3 times more likely to develop cancer, diabetes, heart attack, stroke, depression, and skin sores.
Make a Change
Together, we are stronger and more determined than ever. No matter our struggle - in mindset, fitness, and health, the ParaPer4mance community is here for you. No gimmicks, just like-minded individuals seeking results.
Paraper4mance is an awesome organization that connects with its clients. They provide an alternative way for those who are disabled to be empowered by having the ability to stay in shape. When you look good, you feel good and this company is one that helps you feel good.
Whether you are an elite adaptive athlete or just looking to get in shape for summer time, the ParaPer4mance workout program is adaptable to you. No equipment needed makes these workouts super easy to do anytime and anywhere.
Paraper4mance is a perfect fitness community for people who are disabled and non-disabled. As a nurse I see numerous people with disabilities and recommend their program for some fitness solutions.
Why is physical fitness important for wheelchair users?
As a wheelchair user, physical fitness has tremendous health advantages. Keeping your muscles, joints, and ligaments as healthy as possible will avoid future injury and prevent contracture when limbs no longer straighten. Keep moving!
I’m not a wheelchair user, but have limited mobility, can I use this program?
Yes! The Majority of our routines can be done seated or in bed. Our programs focuses on upper body and cardiovascular conditioning for all abilities.
