Connect to be a part of the ParaPer4mance community

23 Million or 50% of Americans with disabilities do not workout.

This makes them 3 times more likely to develop cancer, diabetes, heart attack, stroke, depression, and skin sores.

Why is physical fitness important for wheelchair users?

As a wheelchair user, physical fitness has tremendous health advantages. Keeping your muscles, joints, and ligaments as healthy as possible will avoid future injury and prevent contracture when limbs no longer straighten. Keep moving!

I’m not a wheelchair user, but have limited mobility, can I use this program?

Yes! The Majority of our routines can be done seated or in bed. Our programs focuses on upper body and cardiovascular conditioning for all abilities.

Who would benefit from ParaPerformace fitness routines?
ParaPer4mance was created by Kenneth Keitt and exercise professionals with expertise in training wheelchair users. Anyone who is in a wheelchair or who has limitations with mobility can benefit from our products. Recently injured, elderly, paraplegic, quadriplegic, wheelchair bound, recent stroke, spina bifida, and other complications that lead to the use of a wheelchair are all encouraged to use ParaPer4mance’s mobile fitness routines.
Is physical fitness in a wheelchair safe?
As with any exercise program, please consult with your physician or other healthcare professionals before starting to determine if it is a right match for your needs. The ParaPer4mance team has thoroughly developed and tested all aspects of the workout to ensure top quality and safety.
